Hasitha (Has) is the Director of Finance at Preda Capital and plays a key role in structuring our clients’ finance solutions. His extensive experience in the domestic and international banking stretches over 19 years, with the last 15 years focused towards the corporate, commercial and SME sector. As an experienced commercial banker, he operates with passion and genuine candour for his clients, driven by long term relationships. His extensive experience also affords him the ability to workshop and explore creative solutions when structuring opportunities for his clients. Outside of finance broking, Has is a husband and father of 2 young kids. So, when he’s not negotiating for his clients, he’s generally participating in his kids swimming, ballet and gymnastics activities. With a strong belief in the sustaining value of relationships, Has continues to navigate the evolving finance landscape with confidence for our clients.

Cathy has an extensive background in customer service along with over 16 years working in the Banking and Finance industry. Cathy is an all-rounder, that is able to assist in loan applications, analysis, interest rate adjustments, construction progress payments and is your post settlement point of contact. Cathy prides herself in being friendly, thorough and keeping our clients informed. Outside of work Cathy enjoys cooking for her family, gardening, photography and travelling when she has the opportunity.
